This product is warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. If, within five years, you find this product to be defective then please return the product to us and we will – at our discretion – either repair or replace it at no cost to you. This warranty is your sole remedy in the event that the product fails in any way. We hereby also disclaim all liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. How to make a warranty claim
If you believe your Torqhead product is defective and covered under warranty, please follow these steps
1. Contact Torqhead Support
- Call us at 1-226-289-3369 (preferred for fastest service), or
- Email sales@torqhead.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
2. Provide Proof of Purchase
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required to verify warranty coverage
3. Return Authorization
- If a return is necessary, our team will provide instructions and a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Inspection & Remedy
- Once we receive your product, we will inspect it. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item at no cost if it is found to be defective under the warranty terms.
