WORKS WITH STOCK PCM

This is next-level ignition tech, delivered in a plug-and-play package that installs like OEM but with an added performance edge. It is the ignition system the LT1/LT4 engines always deserved.

HOW IT WORKS

The LT-DIS system is a fully engineered ignition upgrade that gives your LT1/LT4 engine the benefits of modern coil-per-plug performance — without replacing your stock PCM. It replaces the Optispark, ignition control module, and single coil, all while working seamlessly with your original engine computer. 

Replaces the Optispark with a all in one sensing unit that bolts into the stock location. Contained on this unit are high-resolution Hall-effect crank and cam sensors that generate LS-style 24x (crank) and 1x (cam) signals. These are converted to factory hi/lo resolution signals the factory PCM can understand.

Includes a keyed crankshaft hub with a pre-installed 24x reluctor, along with a crank sensor and shimming tools for perfect alignment. The reluctor rotates with the crankshaft to ensure precise engine position.

Our proprietary power module installs with ease and delivers dedicated, stable, and reliable power to the LT-DIS system.

The included harness bridges your factory PCM to the new ignition system, cam/crank sensors, and coil packs. Designed for true plug-and-play install — no splicing or custom wiring required.

LS-style GM coils deliver powerful, consistent spark to each cylinder. Coil brackets available separately or mount them your way. From turn key coil bracket setups to DIY. Simply get eight coils on there one way or another.

24xLink LS PCM Conversion

HOW IT WORKS

The 24xLink kit transforms your LT1 engine into a fully modernized LS PCM- controlled system using coil-per-plug ignition. The system integrates a crank hub with an externally mounted 24x reluctor and a sensing unit that replaces the Optispark. A PCM and setup ready for racing! Get the most out of your engine upgrades.

The crank hub comes pre-positioned with a 24x reluctor that rotates directly with the crankshaft for perfect signal integrity.

This all-in-one unit replaces the Optispark and houses both crank and cam sensors using OEM GM parts, maintaining exact position using the factory cam and crank bore geometry. A precision 1x reluctor disc spins with the camshaft internally within the sensing unit. A GM cam sensor is precisely aligned for accurate signal.

Drop in the included alignment tool to perfectly set air gap and location—"set it once, forget it."

A re-engineered Gen III 12200411 LS PCM comes ready to accept your stock LT1 engine harness. Inside, proprietary electronics bridge all correct pathways, no repinning or harness modifications needed.

A simple harness connects the new crank/cam sensors and ignition coils to the LS PCM. This is the only new wiring required.

Add the included GM coils, upload a base tune (or provide one for pre-loading), and start your engine.
