Delivery Time & Lead Time
Lead time varies by product. We will do out best to indicate potential lead times on product listings. Or drop us an email to ask.
Delivery times begin once your order ships, not when it’s placed, and may vary based on carrier practices, location, and order size. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Check for specific lead times on your selected product.
Whenever possible, we ship your order in one package. If a single item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange a back-order shipment. All packages require Direct Signature on Delivery (DSR) to prevent theft and fraud. If you prefer no signature, you must request this in writing.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on order weight, delivery method, and destination. Exact charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Additional fees may apply for remote addresses or oversized/heavy shipments. Sales tax is applied based on the destination province, territory, or state.
checkout faq
Cross-border shipping can raise questions, so we’ve laid out the essentials. From flat-rate FedEx charges to U.S. tariff rules, here’s what you need to know before placing your order.
Orders ship via FedEx Ground within the US and Canada. Shipping is flat-rate based on your order subtotal, typically ranging from $25–$70 USD, and includes full insurance, tracking, and a delivery signature.
Possibly. Due to the ever-changing landscape of international shipping, you may be pre-billed for applicable cross-border tariff charges. If so, these will appear as a Tax line at checkout. Cross border fees and tariffs/taxes are the responsibility of the end consumer. These fees are determined by your country's import policies and are outside of our control.
During checkout process, the online store will calculate and show tax/tariff/cross border fees. They will be billed at time of checkout so you know and don't have to worry about them upon delivery.
Most Torqhead products are USMCA compliant, meaning the tariff rate is currently 0% on qualifying auto parts. However, even at 0%, you may still be charged customs clearance or processing fees, typically around $180–$200 USD for a full kit. Some non-USMCA components—like ignition coils—may carry tariffs of up to 25%. We recommend checking your country's official customs website for the most up-to-date rates and policies.
