Overview

The 24xLink PCM is a purpose-built LS Series Gen 3 PCM that seamlessly integrates with your existing LT1/LTx engine harness—no repinning, no guesswork, no downtime. Torqhead re-engineered the interface of a 12200411 PCM to accept LT1-style connectors, giving you true plug-and-play 24x conversion capability in a single, integrated solution.

Simply unplug your factory LT PCM and plug your harness directly into the 24xLink PCM—your 24x conversion wiring and PCM needs are all handled in one component.

Also included is the professionally built 24xLink C3 Harness, which connects the PCM to the coil harnesses, crank sensor, and cam sensor. Every C3 harness is assembled using Delphi connectors, seals, and terminals, and each unit is 100% tested before shipping to ensure flawless operation.

Unlike traditional 24x wiring conversions, the 24xLink system allows unmatched fast turnaround times—wait days, not weeks for your conversion solution. When it arrives, just plug it in.

This PCM requires that your LT engine has a 24x/1x crank and cam signal kit installed, as well as eight coil packs.

What’s NOT Included

Custom Engine Tune

The PCM ships with a standard “stock-style” LT1 24x conversion tune.

Options:

  • Provide Us a Base Tune (HP Tuners format) – We’ll pre-load it free of charge before shipping

  • Custom Base Tune by Torqhead – Available for $135
    (Contact us after purchase to tailor it to your engine/transmission setup.)


Installation Snapshot

  1. Remove your existing LT PCM

  2. Install the 24xLink PCM

  3. Plug your LT1 harness into the red, blue, black, and clear PCM ports

  4. Connect the C3 Harness to the PCM

  5. Route the C3 Harness to the crank, cam, and coil connectors

  6. Connect ignition coil 12V+/GND to the existing LT coil connector

  7. (1994–1995 only) Install the supplied OBD2 port inside the cabin

  8. (OBD1 vehicles) Swap knock sensor(s) before refilling coolant—these double as coolant drains

Every 24xLink PCM system is backed by Torqhead’s 5-Year Replacement Warranty. If the PCM or wiring fails, or if an error occurs during the flashing process, simply return the unit and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Whenever possible, we’ll also restore your existing tune so you can get back on the road faster. Note: This warranty is void if the PCM has been opened, modified, or tampered with.
